the 1972 Code)]
Each and every applicant for an alcoholic beverage license,
a firearms retail dealers or employees license, a permit to purchase
or carry firearms, a license for bingo, raffles or amusement games,
or for municipal office holding or employment shall remit to the Township
of Jackson the sum of $12 to defray the cost of payment of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation processing user fee required to be paid for
the screening and investigation of any such applicant. Payment shall
be made in cash or by certified or cashier's check or money order
made payable to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
