The mobile home court owner shall file with the Town Clerk a
set of mobile home court restrictions and regulations which shall
meet the approval of the Planning Board prior to issuance of the license.
Substantial failure of the owner to enforce such self-imposed restrictions
and regulations shall be sufficient basis for denial of the license
or renewal thereof.
The self-imposed restrictions and regulations shall be primarily
designed to encourage and ensure compatible design of mobile homes
and appurtenances and the orderly maintenance and operation of the
court to foster, to the fullest extent possible, a highly desirable,
quiet residential atmosphere and environment with particular emphasis
on beautification of the court.
