A. 
The Building Inspector of the Town of Schroeppel shall enforce all of the provisions of this chapter. Such Building Inspector, upon showing the proper credentials and in the discharge of his duties, may enter upon any mobile home court or other premises used for the parking or locating of mobile homes at all times and shall have the right to inspect mobile home court sites located in the Town of Schroeppel at any reasonable hour, and no person shall interfere with or prevent such inspection.
B. 
The Building Inspector shall make personal inspections at least once each year of each and every mobile home site and mobile home court in the Town of Schroeppel and shall file a report in writing in the office of the Town Clerk subsequent to such inspection.
C. 
The Building Inspector shall respond with reasonable promptness to any written request or complaint in connection with the enforcement of this chapter.
A. 
The Town Clerk may revoke a mobile home court license theretofore issued in the following instances:
(1) 
Where he finds that there has been any intentional false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application on which the license was based.
(2) 
Where he finds that the license was issued in error and should not have been issued in accordance with the applicable law.
B. 
Upon the revocation of such license, the entire premises shall forthwith cease to be used for a mobile court, and all mobile homes shall be removed therefrom.
Whenever the Building Inspector has reasonable grounds to believe that any mobile home court is being used or maintained in violation of the provisions of this chapter, he shall notify the owner thereof or the owner's agent of such violation by service of a ten-day notice to comply with this chapter. Such order and notice shall be in writing. Such order and notice may be served upon the person to whom it is directed either by delivering it personally to him or by posting the same upon a conspicuous portion of the mobile home court and sending a copy of the same by registered mail.
A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park, locate, use or maintain any mobile home in violation of any provision of this chapter or to fail in any manner to comply with an order issued by the Building Inspector.
B. 
Whenever any person, firm or corporation shall park in, locate, use or maintain any mobile home court in violation of any provision of this chapter or shall fail in any manner to comply with an order to comply issued by the Building Inspector within the time fixed for compliance therewith, such violation shall be deemed an offense against this chapter, and such offense shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or 15 days in jail, or both. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

C. 
Except as provided by law, such violation shall not be a crime and the penalty or punishment imposed therefor shall not be deemed for any purpose a penal or criminal penalty or punishment.
D. 
Appropriate actions and proceedings may be taken at law or in equity to prevent, restrain, correct or abate a violation of this chapter or to revoke any license hereunder and shall be in addition to the penalties prescribed in the preceding subsections.
