Whenever the Building Inspector has reasonable grounds to believe
that any mobile home court is being used or maintained in violation
of the provisions of this chapter, he shall notify the owner thereof
or the owner's agent of such violation by service of a ten-day
notice to comply with this chapter. Such order and notice shall be
in writing. Such order and notice may be served upon the person to
whom it is directed either by delivering it personally to him or by
posting the same upon a conspicuous portion of the mobile home court
and sending a copy of the same by registered mail.
