3. Public conservation areas and associated structures for the conservation
of open space, water, soil, forest and wildlife resources.
4. Public municipal buildings and facilities, including libraries.
6. Customary accessory uses incidental to any of the permitted uses.
8. No-impact home-based business.
12. Fitness center or exercise center.
18. Retail business/large-scale development.
20. Restaurant, drive in, fast-food, standard.

22] and the Municipalities Planning Code (MPC).
