No mobile home, trailer, or camper shall be used for permanent
residence.
A mobile home may be stored, and following issuance of a zoning
permit by the Zoning Agent a mobile home, trailer or camper may be
occupied for not more than 30 days in any twelve-month period, provided
it is so placed on the lot as to meet minimum yard requirements.
A trailer or camper may be regularly stored accessory to a permitted
use, provided that it is so located on the lot as to meet minimum
yard requirements.
Replacement of mobile homes parking in nonconformity with §
240-31 is not permitted, even where such replacement does not increase the extent of nonconformity.
