Village of Baldwinsville, NY Article III Subdivision Preliminary and Final Plan Approval

§ 287-11 Preliminary plan approval.

A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) consistent with the requirements of Articles I and II of this chapter shall be required for preliminary subdivision plan approval as provided for in Chapter 298 of the Code of the Village of Baldwinsville. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in Article II of this chapter. The approved preliminary subdivision plan shall be consistent with the provisions of this chapter.

§ 287-12 Final plan approval.

A stormwater pollution prevention plan consistent with the requirements of Articles I and II of this chapter and with the terms of preliminary plan approval shall be implemented for final subdivision plan approval as provided for in Chapter 298 of the Code of the Village of Baldwinsville. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in Article II of this chapter. The approved final subdivision plan shall be consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
