Commercial Districts are intended primarily for commercial and service business activity. Buildings, structures and uses permitted therein are:
A. 
All buildings, structures and uses permitted in Business B-2 Districts.
B. 
Light industrial uses employing electric power or hand labor for processing of material or goods and which create no objectionable odors, fumes, dirt, vibration, glare or noise beyond the site containing the use.
C. 
Wholesale business, warehouses, auto and farm-machinery agencies, laundry and/or dry-cleaning establishments.
D. 
Yards for the sale and storage of lumber, wood, feed, fuel and similar products, but not junkyards or secondhand material yards.
E. 
Gas stations and garages, including but not limited to automotive body repair facilities, upon review and approval as set forth in Article XIII of this chapter.

Front yards. Required front yards shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
B. 
Rear yards. Required rear yards shall be the same as Business B-1 Districts.
C. 
Side yards. Required side yards shall be the same as Business B-1 Districts.
D. 
Height. Height requirements shall be the same as for Business B-1 Districts.
All other requirements shall be the same as for Business B-2 Districts.
