GENERAL REFERENCES
Streets and sidewalks — See Ch. 79.
No person shall cut down any tree upon a street without first
obtaining the consent of the Board of Trustees.
Any person committing an offense against any provision of this
chapter shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof,
shall be punishable for each offense by a fine of not more than $250
or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both, and in addition
thereto such person shall be liable for any costs and expenses incurred
by the Village of Dannemora by reason of such violation.
