Galena 1-3-2011 by Ord. No. 11-01; amended in its entirety at time
of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. II). Subsequent
noted where applicable.]
Any individual who issues or utters a check to the Town of Galena which is returned by the bank for insufficient funds will be issued a letter of recovery which shall set forth the penalty contained in § 69-2 below.
The individual will be given two weeks to make the check good,
repay the bank charges which are charged to the Town plus an additional
$25 administrative handling fee.
