A. Parking
shall be prohibited at all times in the following locations:

(1) Streets.

(2) In
front of any fire hydrant.
(3) In
any other location designated by the Town as a "no parking" zone,
and visibly marked as such through conspicuous signage or roadside
markings.
B. Parking
of the following vehicles and vessels shall be prohibited on all Town
streets:
(1) All commercial vehicles, except as permitted by Subsection
C.
(2) All
trailers of any kind or length, including commercial, recreational,
personal and utility vehicles.
(3) Boats,
jet skis and any other recreational vehicles.
(4) All
mobile homes, recreational vehicles (defined as a motor vehicle or
trailer equipped with living space and amenities found in a home),
and fifth-wheeled vehicles.
C. A vehicle identified in Subsection
B(1) that is parked on a Town street for the purpose of making a delivery or providing a service at the location at which it is parked shall be exempt. Notwithstanding the above, there shall be no overnight parking.
D. A violation
of this section shall be a municipal infraction and subject to a warning
for the first violation. Subsequent violations shall be subject to
a fine of up to $500 for each violation in which a vehicle described
herein is parked on a Town street.

It shall be unlawful to stop, stand, or park a vehicle or any
obstruction on any public sidewalk within the Town limits, and, further,
it shall be unlawful to place any obstruction in the Town right-of-way,
without approval of the Mayor and Council.
Violations of the provisions of this article shall be a municipal infraction punishable as provided in Chapter
25 of this Code.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be
guilty of a municipal infraction and be subject to a fine not exceeding
$100 per day.
