No person shall loiter or remain in a school building or in
or about school grounds, not having any reason or relationship involving
custody of or responsibility for a pupil or student nor any other
specific, legitimate reason for being there and not having written
permission from anyone authorized to grant the same.
Whenever the presence of any person in any public place is causing or likely to cause any of the conditions enumerated in §
399-1 of this chapter, any police officer may order that person to leave that place. Any person who shall refuse to leave after being ordered to do so by a police officer shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
Any violation of any provision of this chapter shall be a violation under this Code, punishable as set forth in Chapter
1, Article
II, General Penalty, of the Village Code.
