There is herein created the position of Public Works Manager. Said Public Works Manager shall have all the duties and responsibilities as the Director of Public Works as set forth in Chapter 43, Public Works, Department of.
The Public Works Manager shall receive a salary as provided in the Salary Ordinance.[1]

The Public Works Manager for the Township shall be required to hold and maintain a Class A license throughout the entirety of the time employed in said position.

The Public Works Manager for the Township shall be permitted the same clothing allowance in accordance with the negotiated collectively bargained agreement in place between the Township and the Department of Public Works' Union at that time.

A. 
The Public Works Manager for the Township shall be permitted to take his/her assigned Township work vehicle home at the conclusion of each work day.
B. 
The Public Works Manager shall not be permitted to use said assigned Township work vehicle for personal use, but shall only be permitted to utilize same in specific furtherance of his/her duties as Township Public Works Manager.
C. 
The Public Works Manager shall annually provide the Township Administrator, in writing, his/her home address where the assigned Township work vehicle will be taken to for that calendar year. Should the home address change throughout any given year, the Public Works Manager shall provide the Township Administrator with the new home address within 30 calendar days of changing said home address.
