For purposes of this chapter and for Chapter 440, Zoning, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

ADULT LIVE ENTERTAINMENT FACILITYA nightclub, bar, tavern, restaurant, bottle club, or similar commercial establishment, whether or not alcoholic beverages are served, regularly featuring (i.e., giving special prominence to) persons who are nude, seminude or in a state of nudity.
NUDITY or STATE OF NUDITYThe showing of the human male or female genitals, pubic area, vulva, anus, anal cleft or cleavage with less than fully opaque covering, or the showing of the female breast with less than fully opaque covering of any part of the nipple and areola.
SEMINUDE or STATE OF SEMINUDITYThe showing of the female breast below a horizontal line across the top of the areola and extending across the width of the breast at that point, or the showing of the majority of the male or female buttocks. This definition shall include the lower portion of the human female breast, but shall not include any portion of the cleavage of human female breasts exhibited by a bikini, dress, blouse, shirt, leotard, or similar wearing apparel, provided that the areola is not exposed in whole or in part.
ADULT DANCING ESTABLISHMENTSAs defined below in Article V.
ADULT ENTERTAINMENT ESTABLISHMENTAs defined in Chapter 440, Zoning, § 440-7, of the Code of the Borough of Munhall.
