Town of Lowville, NY Article II Village Reservoir Exemption

§ 205-3 Exemption granted.

Property of the Village of Lowville bearing tax identification number 195.00-01-68.000 be and it hereby is declared wholly exempt from taxation of the Town of Lowville, and from any and all special ad valorem levies and special assessments imposed by the Town of Lowville, so long as said property is used for a public purpose satisfying the requirements of Real Property Tax Law § 406.
