[Adopted 12-19-1951 (Ch. VII, § 3, of the Town Compilation)]
The Town of Windsor Locks shall apply for membership and to
participate in the Old-Age and Survivorship Insurance System under
Title II of the Social Security Act as amended in accordance with
Sections 176B through 183B of the 1951 Supplement to the General Statutes,[1] as of the first day of January 1952 for all of its members,
with the exception of those whose exclusion is mandatory under Section
178B.[2]
