Town of Windsor Locks, CT Article III Insurance for Volunteer Fire Fighters

[Adopted 4-23-1959 (Ch. VII, § 7, of the Town Compilation)]

§ 37-3 Authority to procure.

The Town of Windsor Locks is hereby authorized to obtain insurance coverage for volunteer firemen, providing for maximum payments of $2,500 to $8,000 for loss of life, limb or sight, as set forth in Section 7-319 of the 1958 Revision of the General Statutes of Connecticut.[1]
