The owner and/or manager of any theater in Windsor Locks shall
be required, at his own expense, to have in attendance at every public
performance a regular or supernumerary member of the Windsor Locks
Police Force for the purpose of checking exits and fire escapes and
all other items necessary for the prevention of fire or panic and
for the purpose of maintaining order and preventing the commission
of indecent or immoral acts in such theater.
Each day the provisions of this article shall not be complied
with on the part of said owner or manager shall constitute a separate
offense.
Any owner or manager violating this article shall be subject
to a fine of not more than $25.
