Parking meters shall be installed in Windsor Locks, and the
Board of Police Commissioners is hereby empowered to sign all necessary
contracts for their installation, subject, however, to the approval
of the Board of Selectmen.
The Board of Police Commissioners is hereby empowered to enact
regulations governing the installation, operation, maintenance and
control of all parking meters in Windsor Locks.
Anyone violating such regulations by parking contrary thereto
shall be subject to a fine of $1 for each offense.
