It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years
to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, or play in or upon the public streets,
highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, wharves, docks, or other
public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement
and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places: a minor,
age 16 or 17 between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the
following day; and a minor under 16 years of age between the hours
of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day official Township
time; provided, however, that the provisions of this section do not
apply to a minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or other
adult person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the
minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed
by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care
and custody of the minor.
Each violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute
a separate offense.
For the period beginning June 1 and ending August 31, the foregoing
regulations affecting all minors under the age of 18 years, shall
apply between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following
day.

It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian, or other adult
person having the care and custody of a minor under the age of 18
years to knowingly permit such minor to loiter, idle, wander, stroll,
or play in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks,
playgrounds, wharves, docks, or other public roads, public places
and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant
lots or other unsupervised places: a minor, age 16 to 18 between the
hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day; and a minor
under 16 years of age between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
of the following day, official Township time; provided, however, that
the provisions of this section do not apply when the minor is accompanied
by his or her parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care
and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency
errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian,
or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
Each violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute

For the period beginning September 1 and ending May 31, the
foregoing regulations affecting all minors under the age of 18 years,
shall apply between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following
day.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000; and/or to imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 90 days.
