It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or agents
thereof, either in person or in a group, to do, act, authorize, aid
or abet any of the following actions which are hereby declared to
be disorderly practices, these provisions being intended to promote
public safety, convenience, comfort and general welfare and to safeguard
the inhabitants of the Township.
1. It shall be unlawful for any person, by any act, word, or conduct,
to cause or tend to cause a disturbance of the peace and good order
of the Township, or to cause danger, discomfort, or annoyance to any
of its inhabitants or users of the public streets, public ways or
public places.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully make any loud, boisterous,
or unseemly noise or disturbance which will subvert peace and good
order.
3. It shall be unlawful to publicly make use of obscene and indecent
language.
4. It shall be unlawful to loaf or loiter or congregate on any public
streets or alleys or public grounds to the annoyance of peaceable
residents, nearby or whereby the public peace is broken or disturbed
or the traveling public annoyed.
5. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the peace and quiet
and subvert good order by drunkenness or while under the influence
of intoxicating beverages to operate any vehicle, motor driven or
otherwise, within the Township.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part 2 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay
a fine of not more than $1,000; and/or to imprisonment for a term
not to exceed 90 days.
