[Adopted 4-28-1949 (Ch. XII, § 7, of the Town Compilation)]
A police officer shall be required to be in attendance at all
basketball games, football games, public dances, carnivals, and public
celebrations, at the expense of the owner, operator, manager, or promoter
of such activities.
Any owner, operator, manager, or promoter of such activities
who violates this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than
$25.
This article shall be effective May 21, 1949.
