§ 102-123 Permission to enter upon property.

The Town, the Town Engineer, representatives of the EPA, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, New York State Department of Health, County Health Department, and other duly authorized employees of the Town bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter without delay upon all properties for the purpose of inspection; observation, measurement, sampling and testing, in accordance with the provisions of this Part 3.
