A.
The provisions of Chapter 68 of the Code of the Borough of Sellersville (Ordinance No. 612) entitled "Flood Damage Prevention" are hereby repealed in their entirety and replaced with the provisions set forth in this chapter.
B.
All other ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent
with or conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.
