No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any unpolluted waters such as stormwater, ground water, roof rain, subsurface, drainage or collecting water to any sanitary sewer.
No person shall discharge waste into a public sewer within the Village, except in accordance with the provisions of the GBMSD Sewer Use Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
No statement contained in this article shall be construed as prohibiting any special agreement between the Village and any person whereby an industrial waste of unusual strength or character may be admitted to the wastewater treatment facility, either before or after pretreatment, provided that there is no impairment of the functioning of the wastewater treatment facility by reason of the admission of such wastes and no extra costs are incurred by the Village.
It shall be unlawful to discharge to any natural waterway within the Village or in any area under the jurisdiction of the Village any sewage or other polluted waters, without first obtaining a Wisconsin Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (WPDES) permit.
Limitations on wastewater discharge strength shall be as established and regulated under the applicable provisions of the GBMSD Ordinance, as amended from time to time.
Consistent with requirements of § 61.39 Wis. Stats., the Village may extend sewer mains to a new person in accordance with the following charges and conditions:
A. 
When an extension of a sewer main is required by the prospective user, said person shall make an application for such an extension, in writing, to the Village. The Village shall determine the length and location of the extension, the Village Engineer shall design the extension, taking into consideration the prospective demands for service, the capacity of downstream facilities, and the orderly development of the particular area. All sewer extensions shall be constructed in compliance with local and state laws, ordinances, and regulations.
B. 
The person who requests the extension shall pay the entire cost of said extension. If more than one user is involved, the entire cost shall be divided among these users according to the special assessment policy of the Village. Prior to design of the sewer extensions, the person requesting the extension shall escrow money in the Village's banking institution a dollar amount equal to the estimated project design and administration costs. This money will not be refunded if the project does not proceed to construction. Prior to the Village signing contracts for the project construction, the person requesting the extension shall escrow in the Village's banking institution a dollar amount equal to the construction, resident engineering, administration, staking, and inspection cost for the project.
C. 
After making the decision as to the length and location of the extension and prior to the time of making the charge to the person, the Village Board shall determine the benefits to be received by any parcel that can be served by said extension.
D. 
Each user shall pay the full costs of the lateral from the main to their building.
