Pursuant to §§ 61.35 Wis. Stats. and 62.23(2)
and (3), Wis. Stats., the Village of Bellevue is authorized to prepare
and adopt a comprehensive plan as defined in §§ 66.1001(1)(a)
and Sec. 66.1001(2), Wis. Stats.
The Village Board of the Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin, has
adopted written procedures designed to foster public participation
in every stage of the preparation of a comprehensive plan as required
by § 66.1001(4)(a), Wis. Stats.
The Plan Commission of the Village of Bellevue, by a majority
vote recorded in the official minutes dated November 15, 2022, has
recommended to the Village Board the adoption of the document entitled
Village of Bellevue Comprehensive Plan 2023 - 2024 containing all
of the elements specified in § 66.1001(2), Wis. Stats.
The Village has held at least one public hearing on this chapter
in compliance with the requirements of § 66.1001(4)(d),
Wis. Stats.
The Village Board of the Village of Bellevue, Wisconsin, does,
by enactment of this chapter, formally adopt the document entitled,
Village of Bellevue Comprehensive Plan 2023 -2043 pursuant to § 66.1001(4)(c),
Wis. Stats.[1]
