Violation of any provision of this chapter, other than failure to pay sewer service charges or other costs due hereunder, shall be subject to the applicable provisions and regulations of Chapter 326, Nuisances, and Chapter 400, Stormwater Management, Article I, Illicit Discharges and Connection to Storm Sewers, of the Code of the Village of Bellevue, specifically including the provisions of Chapter 400, Stormwater Management, Article I, Illicit Discharges and Connection to Storm Sewers.
