A. All vehicles in excess of 1 1/2 tons' gross vehicle weight (as
defined by the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code) shall be prohibited
from being operated on or parked upon all streets, roads, alleys and
bridges or parts thereof located in the City of Washington, except
for local deliveries, school buses and emergency vehicles. Without
limiting the foregoing, parking of the aforementioned motor vehicles
overnight is prohibited.
B. The prohibition as set forth shall not apply to those portions of
state roads located in the City of Washington and as follows:

State roads numbered 4053, 4022, 18, 19, 1079, 1009, 4049, 136,
1083, 40, 4051, 844.

C. Any person who violates any provision of this section shall be prosecuted
under § 4902(a) and (g)(1) of the Vehicle Code and, upon
conviction, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for
each 500 pounds, or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over the
maximum allowable weight, and costs.

A. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a vehicle other than
a passenger car on any of the following streets or parts of streets:

B. Provided that nothing in this section shall prohibit any person from
driving an emergency vehicle on any of those streets or parts of streets
or from driving on any of those streets or parts of streets a truck
or other commercial vehicle making local deliveries to or pickups
from premises located along that street or part of a street.
C. Delivery trucks, including any type of motorized vehicle used for
delivery, are allowed on Bassehorn Square only up to 12:00 noon in
laybys, and then only for fifteen-minute intervals.
