The compensation to members of the Board of Commissioners shall
be the maximum allowed by law, to be paid on a monthly basis; provided
no compensation shall be given in any month to a commissioner who
has failed to attend at least one regular meeting of the Board of
Commissioners during that month.

The annual salary of the Township Controller shall be $4,000,
payable in 12 equal monthly installments.

In accordance with the authority in the Act of Assembly dated May
25, 1945, P.L. 1050, § 34, as amended, the annual compensation
of the Township Treasurer for his duties as Treasurer and Tax Collector
for the Township of Darby is hereby fixed at $6,000, payable in 12
equal monthly installments.
