Article VIII Benefits for Non-Union and Management Employees

§ 114-42 Establishment; residency.

§ 114-42 Establishment; residency.

The City Council shall establish, by resolution, benefits for non-union and management employees.

Applicants who reside in the City shall be granted preference when qualifications and experience are equal to a candidate's residing outside the City. No employee shall reside outside of the state beyond six months of duty.
