No person shall operate a miniature golf course or driving course, where an admission fee is charged to patrons for playing on said courses, without first obtaining a license therefor.

(a) 
Any person desiring a license under this article shall make an application for said license to the council. The said application shall show:
(1) 
Location of said amusement.
(2) 
Size of grounds.
(3) 
Distance from street or highway.
(4) 
Entrances for patrons and automobiles.
(b) 
The application shall be accompanied by a diagram showing the location of said amusements in relation to streets, buildings, church and school properties within 200 feet of the outside lines of said amusements.

(a) 
Where the amusement to be licensed is located on a street or highway, the location shall be at least 30 feet from the side line of said street or highway.
(b) 
Sufficient off-street parking shall be provided for the accommodation of the maximum number of patrons.
If the council determines that the license application is in conformity with this article and any other ordinance of the Borough, it may direct the Borough clerk to issue the license.

(a) 
The license fee for the issuance of any license under this Article shall be one hundred dollars ($100.) per year.
(b) 
All licenses shall expire on the 31st day of December following the date of issuance.

No miniature golf course or driving course shall be in operation before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on any day other than Sunday. No course shall be operated on Sundays.

(a) 
The licensee shall display the issued license at a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.
(b) 
Operating lights shall be so arranged so that the lights will be shaded from adjoining houses.
(c) 
The operation of the amusement business licensed under this Article shall be in a quiet and orderly manner.

No license shall be transferred without first obtaining the approval of the Council.

Nothing herein contained shall operate to repeal or alter any provision of the Zoning Ordinance or the Building Code of the Borough.

In addition to the penalty prescribed in Section 4-30, any license may be revoked or suspended for violation of the provisions of this Article or for other good cause, after notice and hearing before the Council.
