No person shall operate a miniature golf course or driving course,
where an admission fee is charged to patrons for playing on said courses,
without first obtaining a license therefor.
If the council determines that the license application is in
conformity with this article and any other ordinance of the Borough,
it may direct the Borough clerk to issue the license.

No miniature golf course or driving course shall be in operation
before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on any day other than Sunday.
No course shall be operated on Sundays.

(a) The licensee shall display the issued license at a conspicuous place
on the licensed premises.
(b) Operating lights shall be so arranged so that the lights will be
shaded from adjoining houses.
(c) The operation of the amusement business licensed under this Article
shall be in a quiet and orderly manner.

No license shall be transferred without first obtaining the
approval of the Council.

Nothing herein contained shall operate to repeal or alter any
provision of the Zoning Ordinance or the Building Code of the Borough.

In addition to the penalty prescribed in Section
4-30, any license may be revoked or suspended for violation of the provisions of this Article or for other good cause, after notice and hearing before the Council.
