Connections, alterations or repairs to any public sewer or the manholes
or other appurtenances of said sewer system in the Borough shall not
be made by any person without a permit issued by the Sewer Inspector.
2.
No unauthorized person shall open the cover of, enter or alter any
manhole or other appurtenance of any public sewer or place or insert
in any public sewer or its appurtenances any foreign material which
said sewer or its appurtenances was not intended to receive; nor shall
any person damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper in any way with
any public sewer or its appurtenances. Any person violating this provision
of these regulations shall be subject to arrest under a charge of
disorderly conduct.
