The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by all police
officers of the Borough, the Borough Engineer, the Superintendent
of the Department of Public Works, the Health Officer, the Zoning
Officer, the Borough Engineer and/or their duly authorized designees.

Any person who continues to be in violation of the provisions
of this chapter, after being duly notified, shall, upon conviction
thereof, be subject to any one or more of the following penalties:
a fine not exceeding $1,250, but in no event less than $100, imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service
not exceeding 90 days.
