Editor's Note: Pursuant to Ord. No. 7-96, §§ 1,
2, adopted 5-16-1996, the Borough of Morris Plains Construction Board
of Appeals was abolished. The municipality now authorizes that appeals
be heard by the Morris County Construction Board of Appeals. Pursuant
to this change, former Article 2, Construction Board of Appeals, adopted
by Ord. No. 33-76, §§ 4, 5, was amended in its entirety.

Any appeal taken from a decision by the enforcing agency shall
be made to the Morris County Construction Board of Appeals pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 52:27D-127.
