The following fire limits are established pursuant to N.J.A.C.
5:23: all that part or portion of the Borough of Morris Plains as
laid out and established as the B-1, B-2, B-3, C-1, L and I Zones,
pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Morris Plains,
as supplemented and amended. The Construction Official shall prepare
and submit to the Borough Council, biannually, a report reevaluating
the delineation of the fire limits. This report shall indicate the
recommendations of the Construction Official, the Building Subcode
Official and the Fire Subcode Official regarding those areas which
should be designated as within fire limits with the reasons therefor.
