Approving plans for the improvement of Stevens Run, also known
as the Tiber, in the Borough of Gettysburg, making it unlawful to
construct walls, covers or floors or portions thereof excepting in
accordance with said plans and providing penalties. Section 1 of this
ordinance adopted flood control plans prepared by Gannett, Fleming,
Corddry and Carpenter, Inc.
