This chapter is established pursuant to the provisions of §§
60.77, 66.0821 and 66.0703, Wisconsin Statutes.
The purpose of this chapter is to promote the public, health,
safety and general welfare by ensuring adequate and appropriate stormwater
facilities are available and properly maintained throughout the Village
of Greenville; by ensuring uniform rules and regulations for stormwater
requirements; and by establishing a fair and equitable basis for fees,
charges and assessments to pay for the stormwater management system.
This chapter applies throughout the Village of Greenville.
This chapter shall be effective after adoption by the Village
of Greenville and after publication.
