Pursuant to the authority conferred by §§ 60.55
and 60.557 of the Wisconsin Statutes, there is created and established
a fee, in an amount as set from time to time by ordinance of the Town
Board, for a fire call responding to a vehicle fire or accident on
a public highway. The Fire Department shall maintain a record of all
such fire and accident calls and shall submit such records to the
Town Clerk for subsequent billing and collection.
