the Borough of Milford concerning the control and use thereof, and
anything contained in this article to the contrary notwithstanding,
any use of said premises or said facilities by the Board of Education
pursuant to any agreement with the Common Council heretofore or hereafter
entered into shall be free and exclusive from any control or supervision
of or by the Common Council.
Any buildings or other structures located on any Borough park
property which are leased to any agency shall remain the property
of said agency and may be utilized by that agency pursuant to its
lease, any provision of this article to the contrary notwithstanding.
