No lot shall be used and no structure shall be erected, altered
or occupied for any purpose except the following:
A. All permitted uses in the Low-Density Residential - 1 Zone by §
190-46.
B. New or converted double- or two-family dwelling for occupancy by
not more than two families, and having at least 960 square feet of
habitable floor area to one family dwelling unit and the second family
dwelling unit having at least 800 square feet, cellar area excluded.
Cellars and breezeways shall not be included in the calculation of
required habitable floor area. Any conversions must be in compliance
with the applicable BOCA code.
C. Garages and outbuildings. No garage or other outbuilding shall be
placed nearer to the side or rear property line than five feet, and
no detached garage or other outbuilding shall be placed nearer to
a front street line than the minimum front yard required by the schedule
for this zone.
D. Rooming houses and boardinghouses.
Bulk and area requirements shall be in accordance with §§
190-110 and
190-17 unless otherwise indicated herein.
