Pursuant to the authority conferred by § 61.65(8)
of the Wisconsin State Statutes, there is created and established
a fee, in an amount as set from time to time by ordinance of the Village
Board, for a fire call responding to a vehicle fire or accident on
a public highway. The Fire Department shall maintain a record of all
such fire and accident calls and shall submit such records to the
Village Clerk for subsequent billing and collection.
