This chapter shall be known as the "Disorderly Conduct Local
Law."
The Town Board of the Town of Webb finds that the effective
control of disorderly conduct is essential for the preservation of
health, welfare and the safety of its residents and tourists.

cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creating
a risk thereof:

C. In a public place, he uses abusive or obscene language or makes an
obscene gesture; or

of persons; or
E. He obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic; or
F. He congregates with other persons in a public place and refuses to
comply with a lawful order of the police to disperse; or

which serves no legitimate purpose.
Any person under the age of 18 years of age who congregates
upon public land which is adjacent to and encompasses the Old Forge

a.m. in the morning, unaccompanied by a parent or guardian, shall
be deemed to be in violation of this chapter, and such act shall constitute
disorderly conduct.
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction,
shall be guilty of a violation as defined in the Penal Law of the
State of New York and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
$250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
