This Part is to govern the placing of house numbers in a conspicuous
place upon the various properties within the Borough of Fountain Hill.
The number of any given property is available to the occupant or property
owner of any house or property upon any street in the Borough of Fountain
Hill upon request made to the Borough Secretary.

All house numbers must be posted in a conspicuous place upon
such property in a permanent and durable manner, viewable from the
street at any time of year.

The Chief of Police or his assigns is hereby charged with the
enforcement of the provision of this Part.

Any person violating any provision of this Part or any regulation
or requirement promulgated pursuant hereto and authorized hereby,
shall, in addition to other penalties provided by law, upon summary
conviction before a District Magistrate, be sentenced to pay a fine
not exceeding $300 and costs of prosecution for each offense.
