2002 Code of Ordinances)]
There is hereby created in East Lampeter Township a sewer district
to be known as Sewer District No. 1 to be bounded and described as
follows:

Beginning at a point in the common boundary line between Manheim
Township, Upper Leacock Township and East Lampeter Township, extending
from the Conestoga Creek southeasterly to a point approximately 500
feet southeast of the Creek Hill Road (T-553) and thence extending
in a southwesterly direction parallel to the Creek Hill Road a distance
of approximately 500 feet southeast of the Creek Hill Road a distance
of approximately 500 feet southeast of the Creek Hill Road to the
center line of the Conestoga Creek, which is a common boundary line
between East Lampeter Township and Manheim Township, extending in
a northerly and easterly direction along the center line of the Conestoga
Creek to the intersection of the common boundary line between Manheim
Township, Upper Leacock Township, and East Lampeter Township, the
place of beginning.

There is hereby also created in East Lampeter Township a sewer district to be known as Sewer District No. 2 which shall consist of the balance of the Township not described under § 265-31 above.
Sewer District No. 1 and Sewer District No. 2 are and shall
be the sewer service areas of the Authority.
