Section 134.66, Wis. Stats., together with its penalty provisions,
are hereby made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein.

Section 254.92, Wis. Stats., is hereby made a part of this article
as if fully set forth herein. Any person who violates this section
shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided in §
254.92(2m), plus court costs and assessments.
[Adopted as Ch. 12, Sec. 12.03, of the 1991 Municipal Code]
No person shall sell cigarettes in the City without first obtaining
a license from the Clerk-Treasurer. The provisions of § 134.65,
Wis. Stats., are hereby adopted and made a part of this article by
reference.

The license fee shall be as set from time to time by resolution
of the Common Council.
