It shall be unlawful for any contractor to permit any of his/her
trucks, vehicles or other equipment to allow any mud or debris to
fall upon any streets in the City of Olivette without removing the
same.

Upon a complaint from any resident, citizen or any interested
party so complaining to the City Marshal that there has been a violation
of this Article, the Marshal shall so notify the party responsible
for allowing such mud or debris to deposit on the street in Olivette
of the complaint and so notify the party further that unless the same
is removed within four (4) hours, there shall be an arrest made in
compliance with this Article.

As used in this Article, the following term shall mean:
CONTRACTOR
Any business, association, individual, partnership or corporation.

If the mud or debris is not removed in the time specified, the
responsible party shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
which shall carry a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor
more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
