In accordance with the International Fire Code and Section 205.040, the following locations are hereby designated as fire lanes.
Location/Street
Appleseed Lane for its entire width for a distance of one hundred forty-five (145) feet from the north line of Olive Boulevard and for the east nine (9) feet of Appleseed Lane for a distance of two hundred thirty-five (235) feet from a point one hundred forty-five (145) feet north of Olive Boulevard (Ord. 1167)
Driveway and entrances serving the premises at 9119 Olive Boulevard and an area to the north of and extending the entire width of the building, loading and service areas at the premises (Ord. 1770)
Driveway serving 1010 Collingwood to its entire width for a distance of three hundred forty-seven (347) feet south of the south line of Olive Boulevard (Ord. 1167)
Olivette Shopping Center at the locations marked as fire lanes (Ord. 994)
Premises along the north side of Olive, between Basswood Lane and Broeker Lane, at the locations marked as fire lanes (Ord. 1022)
Premises on which Premier Building is located at the locations marked as fire lanes (Ord. 1022)
The area along the eastern boundary of the premises numbered 9538 Olive Boulevard, and presently occupied by Hardee's Restaurant, the location thereof being marked on the plat attached to Ordinance No. 1430 and hereby made a part hereof, as a fire lane, within which it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time (Ord. 1430)
The area twenty-five (25) feet wide and extending westwardly from the southeast corner of the sidewalk surrounding the building [designated in Ordinance No. 1418] a distance of sixty-four (64) feet, the location thereof being marked on the plat attached thereto and hereby made a part hereof, is hereby designated as a fire lane, within which it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time (Ord. 1418)
The area twenty-four (24) feet wide from the southwest corner of that portion of the walkway directly opposite the Olive Boulevard entrance to Olivette Plaza and extending northerly a distance of sixty (60) feet toward the buildings in Olivette Plaza; the location thereof being marked on the diagram attached to Ordinance No. 1631 and hereby made a part hereof, as a fire lane, within which it shall be unlawful for the operator of a vehicle to stop, stand or park a vehicle at any time (Ord. 1631)
The circle drive in front of the roller rink and the service drive extending from such circle south and west for a distance of six hundred fifty-nine (659) feet (Ord. 1349)
