A. Pursuant to rules promulgated by the Department of Environmental
Protection of the state, any waters used for drinking and culinary
purposes must be examined for bacteriological quality.
B. Any owner of a well must provide for such examination prior to the
issuance of a certificate of occupancy by the Division of Construction
Inspections or certificate of approval by the Division of Health of
the Township.
When any owner of a well shall request the Township to cause
such examination to be made through facilities of the state, such
owner shall reimburse the Township for any charges which the state
may require.
