Whenever any commercial or industrial district or parking area is established so as to abut the side or rear line of a lot in a residential district, an opaque fence, wall or rear line of a hedge not less than five (5) feet and not more than six (6) feet high shall be constructed and maintained in good condition.

In "R-1a," "R-1b," "R-1c," "R-2" and "R-3" Zoning Districts, solid fences not in excess of six (6) feet in height may be built on the boundaries of that portion of any lot which comprises the "rear yard" and "side yards" of such lot as defined by this Chapter.

Every building hereafter erected, moved or structurally altered shall be located on a lot and in no case shall there be more than one (1) principal building and its customary accessory buildings on any lot, except in the case of a specially designed complex of institutional, residential, commercial or industrial buildings in an appropriate zoning district, i.e., school, campus, cluster housing, shopping center, industrial park, etc.

In no case shall an accessory building be located in a front yard, as defined by this Chapter.

No yard or lot existing at the time of passage of this Chapter shall be reduced in size or area below the minimum requirements set forth herein, except for street widening. Yard or lots created after the effective date of this Chapter shall meet at least the minimum requirements established by this Chapter.

On a corner in any residential district, nothing shall be erected, placed, planted or allowed to grow in such a manner as materially to impede vision between a height of two and one-half (2 1/2) and ten (10) feet above the center-line grades of the intersecting streets in the area bounded by the street lines of such corner lots and a line joining points along said street lines fifty (50) feet from the point of intersection.

Automotive vehicles or trailers of any kind or type without current license plates shall not be parked or stored on any residentially zoned property other than in completely enclosed buildings.
