A. It shall
be unlawful for the owner of a motor vehicle or trailer, which shall
be operated or driven upon the highways of St. Charles County, to
fail to annually file an application for registration as required
by Section 301.020, RSMo., except as otherwise provided therein.
B. A violation
of this Section is a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with Section
300.001(E), OSCCMo.

A. It shall
be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle other than a
farm tractor upon any highway, roadway or alleyway unless valid license
plates for that vehicle are affixed to it as required by Chapter 301,
RSMo. (as amended) or by other applicable law in the case of vehicles
registered and licensed outside the State of Missouri.
B. A violation
of this Section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more
than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment in the St.
Charles County Jail for a term not to exceed one (1) year, or by both
fine and imprisonment. A separate offense shall be deemed committed
on each day a violation occurs or continues. Enforcement of this Section
shall be the responsibility of the County Counselor.

A. As used
in this Section, the term "vehicle" shall have the
same meaning given it in Section 301.010, RSMo., and the term "physically disabled" shall have the same meaning given
it in Section 301.142, RSMo.
B. Any person
who parks in a space reserved for physically disabled persons and
is not displaying distinguishing license plate or a card on which
is inscribed the international symbol of accessibility and the word
"disabled" issued pursuant to Section 301.014, RSMo., or a "disabled
veteran" license plate issued pursuant to Section 301.071, RSMo.,
or a distinguishing license plate or card issued by any other State,
is guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall be punished
by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than three
hundred dollars ($300.00). Any vehicle which has been removed under
the authority of Section 301.143, RSMo., and which is not properly
claimed within thirty (30) days thereafter shall be considered to
be an abandoned vehicle.
C. Any person
who, without authorization, uses a distinguishing license plate or
card issued pursuant to Section 301.071 or 301.142, RSMo., to park
in a park in a parking space reserved under the authority of Section
301.143, RSMo., shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable in accordance
with Section 300.001(E), OSCCMo.
